The Gems Infinity Reels slot machine is played on a slot layout of 4 reels with 3 rows each. The game uses an Infinity Reels mechanic. You can win the game by landing at least three matching symbols. When a winning combination reaches the fourth reel, another reel is added to the side of the grid. This expands the grid and adds more ways to win. The process continues if the added reels improve the triggering winning combination. The grid will reset to the default size for the next spin.

The symbols of the Gems Infinity Reels slot game are represented by four sets of symbols in groups called Spinel, Emerald, Sapphire, and Ruby. Each group comes with four symbols made up of a gem, an item, a small character symbol, and an expanded character symbol. Along with these, the game also has a Wild symbol which can substitute for all regular symbols. Wilds can double the payout when part of a winning combination.

At the start of every spin, a Symbol Multiplier starts at x1 but will increase whenever a Wild Princess appears as an expanded symbol fully in view, or when the reels increase in number. The Symbol Multiplier does not have a limit, but will reset for the next spin. 

Special Unity symbols may appear on the reels and trigger the free spins bonus feature when three or more of these land on the reels. The feature comes with 5 free spins. During the feature, Unity Symbols are collected. As five of these are collected, you can get extra spins and a third set of reels added. As you collect more and more symbols, more extra spins will be awarded along with more game panels to spin. Once all four reel sets are activated, extra spins won will be reduced to three at a time.
