Every win activates the Rotate function. This mechanism rotates the innermost ring clockwise, the centre ring anticlockwise, and the outer ring clockwise. Non-winning symbols move with the rings before new symbols are deposited into the gaps. Zones never change, but spots do. Diamond Vortex has Core and Sticky Wilds. There is just one Core Wild, and Sticky Wilds can be added throughout cascades. When a Sticky Wild is used to win, it stays on the grid but moves to a ring closer to the Core Wild.

When a Sticky Wild leaps onto the Core Wild, the Consume feature is enabled. The win multiplier is now boosted by +1 for each Sticky Wild consumed, up to x20. This win multiplier applies to Core Wild wins. On a new basic game spin, the multiplier resets to x1.

The Transform function is then activated whenever one of those Spots enters a Zone. This feature turns all symbols in its ring into the same pay symbol. All rings can transform simultaneously, filling the grid with the same symbol. Spots return to the hex's bottom on each new base game spin.
