Dead Legion Casino Game

Dead Legion is a chilling, horror-themed slot from Gamomat, set on a mist‑shrouded, war-torn battlefield where undead Roman legions march once more. The game uses a 5 × 3 reel layout with 5 fixed paylines. With a haunting orchestral soundtrack, sticky Wilds in the Free Games round, and a classic scatter-triggered bonus, it delivers a deeply atmospheric, high‑volatility experience.

Game Features

When you open Dead Legion, you're greeted by a 5‑reel, 3‑row grid with five fixed paylines. The symbols are steeped in a dark, war‑scarred Roman aesthetic: decayed legionary helmets, banners, crows, rings, and the fearsome skeletal legionnaire as the Wild. The background and soundtrack contribute significantly to the ominous mood — driven by a live 64‑piece orchestra — giving each spin cinematic weight.

The Wild symbol, represented by the skeletal Roman legionary with glowing blue eyes, substitutes for all symbols except for the scatter. That enhances your chances of making winning lines and contributes to the dramatic imagery.

To trigger the Free Games bonus, you must land three scatter symbols — shown as an undead Roman centurion on horseback — on reels 1, 3, and 5. Once activated, you receive a set number of free spins, during which something special happens: any undead legionnaire symbols that land become sticky. These locked symbols remain in place for the remainder of the Free Games round and contribute to increasing your total win.

The sticky Wilds mechanic gives the bonus round real tension: as additional Wilds (undead legionary figures) land, they lock into position. Since they remain for all remaining spins, successive locking can create multiple winning lines and build up a powerful final total.

Although the feature doesn’t retrigger, the combination of the eerie soundtrack, the locking mechanism, and the war‑torn visual design make the Free Games deeply immersive. The game is described as having very high volatility, meaning wins may come less often, but when they do — especially during bonus spins — they can be quite substantial.

The maximum win potential is 10,400 × your bet, giving ambitious players a compelling reason to seek out the Free Games round and land sticky Wilds.

Overall, Dead Legion pairs simple, classic mechanics with a powerful thematic presentation. It’s ideal for players who appreciate atmospheric slots and are willing to take on higher variance for the chance of spooky, big-feature payoffs.
