Anaconda Uncoiled is the third instalment of Playtech's Mayan-themed snake slot series, and it is played on a 6x4 grid with 50 paylines. The Special Wild activates the Wild Respins feature, in which the wild-generating snake moves randomly during each respin until it returns to its initial position. This results in a "grand finale" explosion where you can win up to 1,729 times your wager.

The Special Wild resembles a turquoise flower with a similarly hued gem in the centre, and only one can appear during the base game. This is sufficient to trigger the Wild Respins feature, and the special Wild remains in place throughout the bonus round. A golden snake adorned with gems emerges in a random position on the first respin and moves one position in a random direction on each subsequent respin. Each position the snake occupies is filled with a standard wild symbol, and the process is repeated until the snake's head reaches the initial position. Once the snake has, so to speak, "bitten its own tail" and completed a full circle, it returns to the Special Wild "den" along with all the wild symbols it generated. The Special Wild then jumps to the middle position and explodes, scattering all the collected wild symbols to random positions on the grid in order to calculate the final win.

When the special Turquoise Ornament appears anywhere on the reels, the Wild Respins feature is activated. The Ornament is held during these free spins on Anaconda Uncoiled (respins). Then, during the first re-spin, a snake emerges from the special wild and moves one space to the left, right, or bottom. Each time the wheel is respun, the snake moves to a new symbol position. The respins continue until the snake returns to the position that triggered them, thereby creating a loop.
